1. Where does my meat come from?
A. All our meat is supplied by suppliers from all over the country Any meat delivered to your door will tell you where its is from. E.g. Scotland, England,Ireland.

2. How does my meat get delivered?
A. Click on the Delivery icon and it will give you a detailed description of how our boxes are packed and will tell you who will be delivering your meat.

3. How is the meat kept cold and fresh?
A. We use state of the art packaging and ice gel packs. This keeps your meat as fresh as if it just came from one of our fridges.

4. What if I am not at home for the delivery?
A. When you order you will be given the opportunity to add 'Special Instructions'. This could contain instructions such as 'Leave at No 16' or 'Leave delivery in back garden.' Our gel packs last for up to 30 hours.

5. What do you do if I have any problems?
A. Just call our Sales Team on 01384 480700 where they will be happy to help with any problems that you may have.

6. What is your minimum order?
A. Our minimum order is £30 plus the delivery.

7. Will my meat be fresh or frozen?
A. Your meat will be delivered fresh to freeze, but if any meat has been frozen it will show the following symbol.*

8. How do I make my payment?
A. You can make your payment with your card by using our secure website or my contacting our Sales Team who will be happy to help you complete your order.

9. How do I know that my card details are safe to put on the Internet?
A. All your details are entered on a secure site at the bank, so only the bank will ever hold your card details.

10. Will you have special offers?
A. Yes, information relating to our offers will be emailed to you and will be included in your box when it is delivered.

11. How do I know that my meat gets to me safely?
A. All our meat is delivered in securely sealed boxes with security straps. If your straps are at anytime broken then you know that it has been tampered with.

Terms and Conditions

1. All orders are delivered over night to your door in custom made packaging and iced gel.
2. Payments are collected by Protx one of the largest internet payment collectors in the world. All Card details are processed through secure servers.
3. All Our products are Guaranteed to be only the best quality. If any part of your order is not to your satisfaction please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods for a full refund.
4. Please insure that once you have taken delivery of your order that you take care of the products by storing them either in your fridge or freezer.
